How to Access Our Books

To get started with Kavita to read your digital books and comics, follow these simple steps. Kavita is a personal library server, and you can connect to it using special apps on your phone

Step 1: Get the App for Your Phone

For iPhone Users: Open the Apple App Store and download the Klibri app.
For Android Users: Open the Google Play Store and download the Inkita app

Step 2: Copy Your Kavita API Link

1. Log In: Open your internet browser and log into the Kavita website provided by your host.
2. Go to Settings: Click on your user profile icon or the gear icon in the top right corner.
3. Find the Client Key: Look for a tab or section named Clients or API.
4. Copy the Link: Click the copy button next to the OPDS URL or API String link.

Step 3: Connect Your App

1. Open Your App: Launch Klibri on your iPhone or Inkita on your Android.
2. Add a New Server: Tap the option to add a new server or library source.
3. Paste the Link: Paste the link you copied from Kavita into the server URL box.
4. Save: Enter your guest login details if asked, then save the connection.

Step 4: Browse and Read

1. Explore: Tap on your newly added library inside the app to browse folders.
2. Download: Select a book, manga, or comic to save it directly to your phone.
3. Read: Open the file inside the app to start reading anywhere, even offline.
